It is with a heavy heart, yet an ignited spirit, that I bid farewell to my esteemed colleagues at The Reality Register and to the bustling world as a whole. After much contemplation and soul-searching, I have made the decision to embark on a new journey—one that beckons from the exciting world of ghostwriting.
The allure of the ghostwriting profession has been with me for a while now, promising exciting opportunities and pay far beyond what I have known in my current role. Ghostwriters often work with celebrities and other dynamic people and personalities. Numerous websites have ensured me experienced ghostwriters can make upwards of four dollars per word, and with my time as a reporter at the realityregister.com, I think I can get pretty close to that given the right situation.

The past year has not been kind to me. My once-stable life has been upended by personal turmoil, culminating in the departure of my once beloved wife. Anger has been my constant companion, a shadow cast over every waking moment. Yet, amidst the darkness, I have found a glimmer of hope—a beacon of light in the form of the ghostwriting profession.
In the exciting world of ghostwriting, I see the potential for redemption, for renewal. Here, I believe, lies my path to happiness. No longer bound by the constraints of reality, I shall weave tales that transcend the every day world, crafting narratives that dance on the edge of imagination.
As I prepare to take my leave, I am filled with a sense of purpose—a newfound zeal that propels me forward. But let me be clear: this is not a farewell born of despair, but rather a celebration of new beginnings.
Some may mourn my departure, lamenting the loss of a familiar face in the halls of The Reality Register. But I urge you to cast aside sorrow and embrace the promise of the unknown. For in bidding adieu to the mundane, I open myself to a world of boundless possibilities—a world where dreams take flight upon the wings of words. Besides, I have been assured my job is safe here at the register by Stan Dirkson and Jake Bartholomew, wherever my path takes me. For that, I am truly grateful.
As I stand upon the precipice of change, I am reminded of the timeless adage: “Change is the essence of life. Be willing to surrender what you are for what you could become.” And so, with a heart full of hope and a mind ablaze with possibility, I take my leave, ready to embrace the realm of the unseen.
After I write this piece, I am going to gas up my truck and drive to a local quarry. I’ll take a moment to reflect on the life that was, then with excitement for the after-life that’s to come, I’m going press my foot to the floor and fly into new opportunities. Let me extend my deepest gratitude to all who have supported me on this journey. Though our paths may diverge, know that I carry with me the memories of our time together, cherished and untarnished by the passage of time.
And so, I bid you farewell, with a smile upon my lips and a twinkle in my eye. Do not mourn for me, but rejoice in the knowledge that in ghostwriting I have found my calling—a calling that promises adventure, fulfillment, and perhaps, just perhaps, a touch of magic.
