In the dense woods of Oregon, nestled in the shadow of the majestic Mount Hood, a man named Mark Sullivan has been on a mission like no other. For the past three months, Mark has embarked on an extraordinary quest to find Bigfoot and engage in an epic battle with the elusive creature.
Mark’s determination knows no bounds as he tirelessly traverses the rugged terrain, his eyes scanning the forest for any sign of the legendary beast. Armed with nothing but his wits and a fierce resolve, he has dedicated every waking moment to tracking down Bigfoot, the creature of folklore and legend.

However, as the days turn into weeks and the weeks into months, Mark’s spirits begin to wane. Despite his unwavering determination, he has yet to catch even a glimpse of the elusive Bigfoot. The winter has been unforgiving, with cold winds gnawing at his resolve, and the relentless search has taken its toll on his body and mind.
“Man, it’s tough.” Says Mark in an exclusive interview. “I was sure the hardest part of all this was going to be fighting this giant ape creature on his turf. I was so wrong though. I can’t find this guy anywhere. I mean seriously, where is he?”
In his solitude, Mark finds solace in the quiet of the woods, but the loneliness weighs heavily upon him. The silence is deafening, broken only by the rustle of leaves and the distant howl of the wind. Despite his valiant efforts, doubt creeps into his thoughts like shadows creeping through the trees.
To cope with the mounting pressure and frustration, Mark has found himself traveling to the nearby town of Brightwood with increasing regularity, bringing back bottles of whiskey to numb the ache of disappointment. The once clear purpose of his quest now seems clouded by doubt and disillusionment.
Yet, Mark cannot simply abandon his mission. He has made a solemn vow to his friends and himself to confront Bigfoot, to prove once and for all that the creature not only exists, but that Mark could easily destroy Bigfoot despite its imposing figure and strength, emerging victorious in battle. The weight of his promise hangs heavy upon his shoulders, driving him forward even as his resolve weakens.
Despite his weariness, Mark clings to the hope that each new day brings. He knows that giving up is not an option, for to retreat now would be to admit defeat in the face of adversity. He remains steadfast in his belief that somewhere amidst the vast expanse of the forest, Bigfoot awaits, elusive yet ever-present.
“I can’t give up, not now.” Mark explains. “Maybe after a week or so I could have shown my face in my home town and we’d just laugh about it, but it’s been too long at this point. I’m going to get this thing. I’m going to find him, and I’m going to beat the bejesus out of him. Mark my words… That’s my new catchphrase by the way. I’ve come up with a few of them, but I think that’s the one I’m going to go with.”
As the days start to grow longer and tourists begin to filter back into the area of Mount Hood, Mark’s determination is put to the ultimate test. He grapples with the relentless pursuit of an elusive quarry, torn between the desire to fulfill his quest and the weariness that threatens to consume him.
In the end, Mark Sullivan stands alone in the wilderness, a solitary figure in search of a myth. His journey is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, a reminder that even in the face of insurmountable odds, hope endures.
“On your Mark, set, go. That’s another one.” Mark says whistfully, “I think even though I’m going mainly with the ‘Mark my words’ thing, I’m probably going to say that when I finally see Bigfoot…Man, I’ve got a lot of time out here.”
As Mark continues his relentless pursuit of Bigfoot, one thing remains clear: in the battle between man and myth, the elusive creature remains as mysterious as ever, leaving Mark to wonder if he will ever truly find what he seeks.
