Renting a hot air balloon to celebrate his special day, Li’s adventure took a drastic turn when he was swept away by the wind, leaving him drifting aimlessly amidst the clouds.

Why would you even use a balloon to spy? China has plenty of satellites.”
In a plea for assistance, Li made a lighthearted request to the American government. “If anyone has access to those weather machines, could you kindly give me a little nudge in the right direction?” he quipped. “I’d appreciate a gentle breeze to guide me back home.”
